What payment methods do you accept?

  • Only Cigs accepts payment exclusively via Interac E-Transfer. You will receive the necessary details for your E-Transfer in the order confirmation email following checkout.

When will my order arrive?

  • Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, though this is subject to Canada Post's timelines. Each order comes with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress and know exactly when it arrives.
  • We now offer same day delivery in the Toronto region when order and payment is received before 8pm Eastern. Any payment received after 8 pm Eastern time will be delivered the next day.

What is the delivery fee?

  • We charge a flat rate of $25 for orders anywhere in Canada, and for any order size.
    For local same day delivery in the Greater Toronto Area the fee is $20.
